Hugo Spritz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Ruffino Prosecco
  • 1 oz. Sparkling Water (i.e., Topo Chico or San Pellegrino)
  • 4-5 Mint Sprigs
  • Lemon Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put mint into a lowball glass and muddle slightly.
  2. Add elderflower liqueur, prosecco, and sparkling water to your glass, then add a large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with mint and a lemon wheel.

NOTE: My mint plant didn’t survive the cold temperature last night, so I had to make this cocktail without the mint. It still tastes good!

Cheers!
