#1 – DIY Wall Fragrance Diffuser

Finally!!! Someone has come up with an empty DIY wall fragrance diffuser that you can add your own scents to, and reuse the bottle over and over and over. I love it!

I’ve been reusing my AirWick Plugin Wall Diffusers and my AirWick Mist Diffusers by washing out the bottles they came with, adding new wicks and my own fragrances for a while now, and this “hack” works great. But… it’s also nice to have this empty diffuser to start a new fragrance with. The diffuser just plugs into a wall outlet in order to work. It even has a night light, if you choose to use that. The diffuser runs for 12 hours, then turns itself off. Turn it on in the morning, and let it go all day. It also uses standard size essential oil bottles and fragrance bottles, so – you can buy your oils and use them in their original bottles with this diffuser. So clever.

I used a chocolate fragrance oil for a chocolate-themed cocktail party, and am now using a grapefruit fragrance oil. It’s so easy to refill and make your own scents. I can’t wait to try even more custom scents. I highly recommend this!

#2 – Wax Melt Warmer

In addition to making the inside of our house smell great with the DIY fragrance oil diffuser mentioned above, you can use the same oils you use for the diffuser with this wax melt warmer, and use it on your front entryway!

This wax melt warmer works with scented wax pieces, as well as with fragrance oil. During Christmas, I used this warmer outside (during a Minnesota Winter) on our front entryway table with gingerbread scented wax melts. It was a great way to greet all our holiday guests. Even during the coldest days of Winter, this warmer kept the wax melted and the fragrance filled our entire covered entryway. After the holidays, I removed the wax pieces (which popped out easily and did not stick to this bowl), and I’ve since been using fragrance oils in this warmer. I wasn’t sure how long the fragrance oils would last before evaporating, but I’ve been warming the same tablespoon of fragrance oil now for almost three weeks pretty much all day, and it still looks like I haven’t used any of the oil. I’m impressed!

This warmer not only looks good, it works like a charm! I put it on one of our smart plugs so I can turn it on and off as desired (it’s mostly been on).

You can definitely use this warmer inside your house, but do something different! Put it outside your front door and create your own scents – what a fun way to greet your guests!

#3 – Chalkboard Set with Stands

This set of chalkboards and stands have so many uses! This set comes with chalk markers and erasers so you can start making signs right away. Use one of the chalkboards outside on your front entry to write quotes and fun sayings as a clever way to welcome your family home each day (delivery people love it, too). Use the second chalkboard in your kitchen as a to-do list, grocery list, or even to write your daily dinner ideas. The chalkboards are fun for kids to use in their rooms – write love notes to your kids each day – a fun thing for them to wake up to. The chalkboards are also fun to use for parties – be creative with sayings and drawings that fit the theme of your party. Do you have a home bar? The chalkboards work great there, too! Just write the recipes for your favorite cocktails and draw a quick picture of your beverage. You don’t have to be an artist to have fun with these chalkboards!
