#1 – Zinc Metal Picture Frame

This zinc metal picture frame has so much character! The frame is available in four sizes (three are shown here).

I love that this frame has a vintage vibe to it. The metal frame hangs from a jute rope and has an antique zinc finish. The frames are hinged, so you just slide the clasp, open the glass, insert your photo, and close the glass.

I recently redid one of our bathrooms to have an industrial look. These frames look perfect in that room!

While this frame was made for photos, it can also be used to hang your child’s artwork, your collage work, favorite prints, vintage ephemera, memorabilia, and more. You could also leave out a photo and use the glass frame as a memo board – just use dry erase markers on the glass. Antique Zinc Metal Reese Wall Frame

#2 – Wall Mounted Chalkboard

I know. You might be wondering ‘what’s so special about this chalkboard‘.  I think it’s cool because it’s made from actual slate – not just a piece of wood that’s been painted with chalkboard paint, and real slate boards are harder to find. This chalkboard also has an oak frame and is a nice, convenience size for a wall – 23″ x 17″. It can also be mounted horizontally or vertically – your choice.

This chalkboard would be a great addition to a kitchen! Use it to write a list of meals for the week, or to keep a grocery list. It would also make a nice note board for family members to use to communicate their schedules.

Use the chalkboard in a home office as a planning board or idea board. Or use the chalkboard in a family room as an art board – encourage your family to draw fun designs on it and you’ll always have an interesting piece of art! The chalkboard would also be great in a kids bedroom, or even in a dorm room.

Having a backyard BBQ? Use this chalkboard on a stand for fun decor. A nice way to greet your guests or share with them what your meal plans are. So many creative uses!

#3 – Washable Kraft Paper Bags

I just love the look of these washable Kraft paper bags!

The bags are available in a brown or white Kraft paper, along with other colors, and are also available in a variety of sizes.

The bags can be used to dress up your plants – just put the planter inside the bag for a great look. The bags can also be used on a counter to hold fruits and vegetables, or in a living room to hold pillows or books. There are so many uses for these clever bags!

I also love that the bags are handmade of a natural cellulose fiber from a renewable resources. I love the simple look – I think it has a lot of character and class.

You can find product links to all three things on Pinterest at Things I Like and you can find some of these things in my Amazon Marketplace Storefront.

NOTE: Since my job is an online store and mentoring ecommerce business owners, I spend a LOT of time online each day. While most of that time is spent working, I do occasionally stumble across websites, articles, and cool things that I really like. I save these things to a Pinterest board, so someday when I have some free time, I can go back to that board and enjoy the things I found. I enjoy sharing these fun finds with you, and hope you find them interesting, too!
